Michael R. Herrmann (Managing Director)
Michael founded Adenta Inc. in 2011 as a licensed asset management company with offices in Liechtenstein, London and Switzerland. He has over 10 years of professional experience which includes corporate finance advisory, business advisory and personal investment in Mauritius. Since 2007, Michael has been responsible for managing a comprehensive family office in Liechtenstein, advising clients on jointly identified needs in the areas of closed-end funds, open-ended investment funds, insurance, financing and direct real estate investments. Other key areas of support include long-term profitability calculations of investment projects and the development of optimal financing structures. Since 2003, he has been assisting various companies with project financing and advising them in the areas of project management and marketing.
Dr. Thomas Stalder (Director, Sales & Product Manager)
Thomas is our expert and manager in the areas of Mining, Shipping, Energy and Technology. As former CEO of marketing and finance companies, he has international contacts in various areas and coordinates the energy sector and transportation for Adenta. His focus is not only on the classical energy supply but also on the alternative energy sector.
Dr. Gamal Eldin El Sirfy (Advisory Partner & Clients)
Dr. Sirfy is the expert for our business in the Middle East and parts of Europe. With his broad network of customers and partners, he coordinates part of the customer portfolio for Adenta and ensures that compliance requirements are met on the client side. Dr Sirfy also maintains excellent contacts with the UN in Geneva, Switzerland.
Alvin Swartz (Valuator of rough diamonds, cut diamonds and polisher) South Africa
Alvin Swartz has been exclusively in the diamond business since 1986. and has been in the diamond industry for 33 years. He focuses on achieving a consistent standard of cutting and polishing diamonds and maintaining a high level of customer service. Together with Adenta, he has built a solid business, with an excellent name and reputation for honesty and integrity.
